The Courthouse neighborhood is named after the Arlington County Court House, which go figure is in Courthouse, and the corresponding Court House metro station. The Courthouse neighborhood largely surrounds the Arlington County Government complex and is a wonderful place to live, with Clarendon just to the west and Rosslyn and all of DC downhill to the east.

Courthouse is a neighborhood that buzzes with just the right amount of action. Each Saturday, the wide parking lot amid the County Buildings and the Court House turns into a large Antique bazaar that offers a variety of nice stuff. Adjacent to the Antique Market is a popular Farmer’s Market.

Numerous trendy bars and restaurants populate the Courthouse neighborhood with two of the “hippest” being guarapo, which is on Wilson Blvd and Yaku, which is in the equally stylish Odyssey Condominium. Condo options in Courthouse are aplenty. On the border of Courthouse and Rosslyn is a scenic locality called Colonial Village, which has an expanse of lush panorama resembling a college campus.
